Claims Handling Experience since 2012
Initially worked Hurricane Sandy CAT Storm in 2012 which included Property damage inspections based on insured’s policy, making repair recommendations with claimants in accordance with policy provisions. I have collaborated with supervisors, insurance agents, public adjusters, and interviewed claimants to correct errors, rectify omissions and determine if necessary to investigate questionable issues. I use Xactimate to estimate property damages and have used Xactanalysis to process and manage claims. I continue to work property damage claims for multiple vendors.
